Important: By downloading, installing, or using the
Collage AI mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of
Use. Please read them carefully.
1. App Overview
Collage AI is a mobile application powered by Artificial Intelligence
(AI) designed to transform user-uploaded photos into beautiful collages.
The app allows users to select photos, choose from 25+ unique styles,
and generate AI-powered collages for any occasion.
2. Subscription Services
2.1 Available Subscriptions
Collage AI Pro offers the following auto-renewable subscription
options:
- Weekly Subscription: $2.99 per week
- Yearly Subscription: $49.99 per year
Note: Prices may vary by location and are subject to
change. Current pricing is displayed in the app at the time of purchase.
2.2 Subscription Features
Collage AI Pro includes:
- Unlimited AI collage generations
- Access to all 25+ premium styles
- High-resolution downloads without watermarks
- Priority processing speed
- Ad-free experience
- Cloud storage for your creations
2.3 Auto-Renewal Terms
Important Subscription Information:

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours
before the end of the current period.

Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the
end of the current period.
- Weekly subscriptions renew every 7 days.
- Yearly subscriptions renew every 365 days.

You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your
device's account settings after purchase.
3. Payment and Billing
3.1 Payment Processing
All subscription payments are processed through your device's app store
(Apple App Store or Google Play Store). Payment will be charged to your
App Store account upon confirmation of purchase.
3.2 Price Changes
We reserve the right to modify subscription prices at any time. Price
changes will not affect existing subscriptions until renewal, and you will
be notified of any price changes in advance.
4. Cancellation Policy
4.1 How to Cancel
For iOS Users:
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
- Tap your name at the top.
- Tap "Subscriptions".
- Find Collage AI and tap it.
- Tap "Cancel Subscription".
For Android Users:
- Open the Google Play Store app.
- Tap Menu → Subscriptions.
- Find Collage AI and tap it.
- Tap "Cancel Subscription".
4.2 Cancellation Terms
- You can cancel your subscription at any time.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

You will continue to have access to Pro features until the end of the
paid period.
- No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.
5. User Responsibilities & Content
- You retain ownership of the photos you upload.

You represent that you have the right to upload the photos you use.

You agree not to upload illegal, offensive, or inappropriate content.

You agree not to use the generated collages for malicious purposes or to
impersonate others.

You agree not to use photos of individuals without their consent.
6. AI Generation Disclaimer
AI Disclaimer:

The collages generated by Collage AI are created by artificial
intelligence.

Results may vary based on the quality, lighting, and composition of
the uploaded photos.

We do not guarantee that every generation will be perfect or free of
artifacts.

AI-generated content should be viewed as artistic interpretation.

The arrangement and styling of photos is automated and may not always
match user expectations.
7. Photo Selection & Limitations

Users can select up to 6 photos maximum per collage.

Photos should be in common formats (JPEG, PNG, HEIC).

Extremely large files may be compressed to ensure processing speed.

Free users may have daily generation limits.
8. Refund Policy
All sales are final. Refund requests must be made directly through your
device's app store. Collage AI does not control app store refund
policies.
9. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your original photos.

Generated collages can be used for personal and commercial purposes.

The Collage AI styles, templates, and AI models are proprietary and
protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute our AI models or
templates.
10. Limitation of Liability
Collage AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or
consequential damages resulting from your use of the app, including but
not limited to loss of data, dissatisfaction with AI-generated results,
or any technical issues.
11. Service Availability
While we strive to provide uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee
that the app will be available at all times. Service may be interrupted
for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes
will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the app
after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
