Generations can fail for a few reasons:

• Internet Connection: Ensure you have a stable internet connection for AI processing.
• Photo Quality: Very low-resolution or corrupted images may fail to process. Try using higher-quality photos.
• File Format: Ensure your photos are in supported formats (JPEG, PNG, HEIC).
• Server Traffic: During peak times, servers may be busy. Please wait a moment and try again.
• App Version: Make sure you're using the latest version of Collage AI from the app store.

For the best AI-generated collages:

• Use high-quality, well-lit photos with good resolution.
• Avoid extremely blurry, dark, or overexposed images.
• Select photos that work well together (similar themes or color palettes).
• Try different styles to see which works best for your photos.
• For family or social styles, photos with people facing the camera work best.
• Mix different types of photos (portraits, landscapes, close-ups) for variety.

You can select up to 6 photos per collage. This limit ensures:

• Fast AI processing speed
• Clean, uncluttered layouts
• Each photo gets adequate space and visibility
• Optimal visual balance in the final collage

Currently, once a collage is generated, you cannot edit the arrangement. However, you can:

• Generate a new collage with different photos
• Try a different style with the same photos
• Download the collage and edit it in another photo editing app

Please try the following:

1. Go to the app settings page.
2. Tap the "Restore Purchases" button.
3. Restart the app completely (close and reopen).
4. Check your App Store purchase history to ensure the transaction went through.
5. Make sure you're logged in with the same Apple ID/Google account used for purchase.

If the issue persists after these steps, please contact us with your purchase receipt.

Subscriptions are managed through your device's app store: iOS:

1. Go to Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions
2. Find Collage AI
3. Tap "Cancel Subscription"

Android:

1. Open Google Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions
2. Find Collage AI
3. Tap "Cancel Subscription"

You'll continue to have Pro access until the end of your current billing period.

After generating a collage:

1. Tap the "Save" or "Download" button (usually a down arrow icon)
2. Grant photo library permission if prompted
3. The collage will be saved to your device's photo gallery
4. You can also tap "Share" to directly share to social media or messaging apps

Try these troubleshooting steps:

• Close Background Apps: Free up device memory by closing other apps.
• Restart the App: Completely close and reopen Collage AI.
• Update the App: Check for updates in the App Store/Play Store.
• Restart Your Device: A simple restart can resolve many issues.
• Check Storage: Ensure you have enough free storage space on your device.
• Clear Cache: Go to app settings and clear cache (if available).

If photos won't upload:

• Check that you've granted photo library permissions to the app
• Ensure your internet connection is stable
• Try selecting different photos - some formats may not be supported
• Check if the photo file is corrupted by opening it in your gallery
• Make sure the photo isn't too large (max ~20MB per photo)

Your collages are stored in two places:

• Device Gallery: All downloaded collages are saved to your phone's photo gallery
• App History: Recent creations are available in the "My Collages" section within the app
• Cloud Storage (Pro only): If enabled, your collages are backed up to the cloud

Yes! We take privacy seriously:

• Photos are processed securely and automatically deleted after 24-48 hours
• We never share or sell your photos to third parties
• We don't use your photos for AI training without consent
• All data transmission is encrypted

Yes! Once you generate a collage, you can use it for:

• Social media posts
• Business marketing materials
• Printed products

You retain all rights to the collages you create using your own photos.
